True Winning Starts From Within

BIG ASS DISCLAIMER: I’m not a therapist, I do not have all the answers. I don’t live a perfect life and I don’t care to but I’m happy to share what I’ve experienced over the past 7-8 years of rewriting and re-framing my life and the stories that I tell myself.

We all want the quick fixes and rapid results that the external and material seem to provide (trust me that’s all I knew for years and I still have my Vices) but what if I told you that true winning starts from Within?!?

If there’s one thing that I believe in, probably one of the strongest beliefs that I hold, it’s in getting help and support along the journey as you heal and align...and find your way. I’ve found that guidance in heart-centered coaches, therapists, healers, and community.
When I opened myself up to that, my WORLD changed.

People see my glow and feel my joy, but just know there’s been WERK to get here and to maintain it, and at each level, there is something that I have to face, overcome and or re-frame. You can’t bypass the unresolved emotional issues and wounds by only focusing on the positive. It’s understanding that it’s all working for your benefit, it’s all showing you something...tune in.

On this Self-Love Sunday, I’m encouraging you to Lean into the soul work … the emotional work … the root cause, and that inner child work. The shit that ain’t really fun, it ain't pretty either but it allows you to be FREE. That’s how you get back to the fullest expression of you.

Be curious with yourself and be kind to yourself in the process. And YES, you can still have fun and be creative in the process. But the process isn’t one-sided. It’s all-inclusive.

I allowed myself to explore healing outside of the traditional sense; from the Chakras to hypnosis to mindset and that has worked well for me.

I have been EXTREMELY BLESSED to be loved, nurtured, challenged, and supported continuously in my journey by some amazing womxn. Truth tellers and game-changers who want to see people WIN from within. Your path may be completely different and that’s okay. Just start Imperfectly and Stay OPEN!
